We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment, as well as maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dismantle and Reassemble Equipment: Disassemble tools, machines, and equipment to perform required inspections, maintenance, repairs, overhauls, and related activities.
- Troubleshoot and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair pigs, control panels, wiring, tools, and machine components to support test runs and other related activities.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Ensure shift changes occur smoothly with minimal interruption to equipment uptime, communicate safety programs and instructions to the shop floor, and maintain a clean and safe environment that minimizes risk to employees and equipment.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the same field, preferably oil & gas industry.
- Skills: Basic reading, listening, speaking, and problem-solving skills; manual dexterity, physical strength, and ability to perform repetitive tasks; good color discernment and color vision; and good computer skills and knowledge of manufacturing reporting software.
