We are seeking a Commercial Development Specialist to lead regional market development and commercial execution for our advanced gas turbine and power generation technologies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in power sector sales, especially gas-fired or distributed power. They will be responsible for identifying and developing commercial opportunities with end-users, leading tenders, negotiations, and customer relationships from initial contact to project handover.
The selected candidate will have strong negotiation and project management skills, as well as familiarity with grid-connection procedures and working with utilities.
In addition to the core responsibilities, they will also be required to build and execute territory sales plans; manage pipeline and forecasting; conduct market research and produce actionable insights; represent the company at trade shows and industry events; and coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
The ideal candidate profile includes:
- Degree in Engineering (Power/Electrical/Mechanical or related)
- Mandatory experience in power sector sales, especially gas-fired or distributed power
- Familiarity with grid-connection procedures and working with utilities
- Strong negotiation and project management skills
- Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus
- Preferred: Experience with leading OEMs
