Designation: ADNOC-Approved HSE Officer
Industry: Oil and Gas
Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
Job Summary:

The ADNOC-Approved HSE Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, monitoring site activities, and conducting safety audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure all site operations comply with ADNOC HSE regulations, UAE labor laws, and international safety standards (OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 45001).
  2. Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe practices.
  3. Implement Permit to Work (PTW) procedures for high-risk activities like confined space entry, hot work, and working at heights.
  4. Ensure workers use the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  5. Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessments (HIRA, HAZOP, HAZID) before work begins.
  6. Develop and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent future incidents.
  7. Monitor H2S safety procedures and enforce gas testing in hazardous areas.
  8. Conduct Toolbox Talks (TBTs), safety drills, and emergency response training.
  9. Ensure compliance with LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) and Confined Space Entry procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:

NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory)
ADNOC HSE Approval Certificate (Mandatory)
Minimum 3-5 years of HSE experience in oil & gas (onshore/offshore)
Knowledge of ADNOC HSE standards, OSHA, ISO 45001, and UAE labor laws
Experience with PTW, risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety training.
