Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive project schedules and plans to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Utilize advanced planning tools and methodologies, including Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar, to create and manage detailed project schedules.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Oversee and coordinate the planning activities for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and requirements.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing detailed analysis and reports on schedule adherence, critical path activities, and potential risks.
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, delays, and resource constraints, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Conduct thorough project reviews and generate status reports for senior management and clients, highlighting key issues and recommending solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling, with a strong background in managing large and complex projects.
- Mandatory work experience in a Project Management Consulting firm
- Must have worked on high rise project OR Airport project
- Advanced proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
- Extensive knowledge of project management principles, construction methodologies, and best practices.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

The Role
- The Planning Engineer role is primarily responsible for establishing the project planning system, drafting associated written procedures, and preparing the Project Contract Master Schedule for all disciplines of work.

Key Accountabilities:
