- HARD FM Services Delivery: Manage and oversee HARD FM services delivery and maintenance including directing, monitoring and controlling the activities of all HARD FM assets.
- Design Options: Developing a detailed understanding of the HARD FM contract documents (eg, drawings and specifications), phasing plans, HARD FM systems inter-relationships, acting as key liaison point and provide oversight over HARD FM supplier.
- Validation: Validating design options related to hard services maintenance and suggest alternative solutions where appropriate.
- Scope Review: Overseeing the scope review, budgeting and justification of HARD FM change work order.
- Materials and Drawings: Coordinating and administering HARD FM related materials, systems and drawings submittal.
