We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Planning Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing project planning systems, preparing contract master schedules, and supporting regions and business line leadership in cost forecasting and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Establishing resource plans and progress measurement systems
- Preparing histograms and S-curves from contract master schedules
- Reviewing procurement and subcontract plans for compliance with contract master schedules

Requirements include a minimum HNC/HND in Engineering, Business Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar, along with significant experience in planning, project controls, or an engineering discipline function involved in producing schedules, cost estimates, proposals, or similar. Commercial and contractual diligence is also essential, as is proficiency in Primavera and other related software packages.
Preferred candidates will have experience in project management and delivery versus deadlines, as well as advanced Microsoft Office skills.

- Closely monitoring contractual milestones, stage gates, and on-time delivery commitments. Ensure timely completion of key deliverables in alignment with client expectations and project agreements.
- Overseeing all planning-related activities within SAP and other digital platforms (Power BI). Ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and system integration to support project controls and decision-making.
- Preparing and maintaining key planning reports including project KPIs. Support monthly and weekly reviews with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Working closely with Tendering & sales, Project Management, Engineerinng, Manufacturing and site team to align planning strategies with business goals and client expectations.
