Reports To

The Project Engineering Manager reports to the Head of Engineering Management.

The Project Engineering Manager manages and develops overall Project execution methodologies with respect to the project deliveries together with the Project Management. Interacts with Heads/Managers of Engineering Disciplines in order to meet the project KPIs; safety, gross margin, schedule, and quality requirements set by the Company and its Customers in project deliveries. Leads the project estimates in the bidding phase, manages and develops lessons learned and feedback process throughout the sales–delivery–sales process. Assures seamless take-over of project delivery from sales and seamless hand-over of project delivery back to sales.
