Our Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) facility at Al Reyadah has the capacity to capture 800,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide (CO2) from Emirates Steel Industries (ESI) each year, for use in the Bab and Rumaitha oil fields to support Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR). Al Reyadah is, therefore, a critical enabler of ADNOC’s 2030 sustainability goals.
About the Job
Provides expert reservoirs engineering input to multidisciplinary projects including field development planning, reservoir performance analyses, and reservoir estimation of production/injection capacities. Leads reservoir management studies, performance review, and optimization using appropriate techniques.
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinates and works with Geoscientists on reservoir characterization and upscaling.
- Builds sizable Full Field simulation models, history matches, and uses them in predictions.
- Conducts quality checks and consistency of simulation models, history match scenarios with respect to geological model characteristics.
- Develops characterization of reservoir fluids and Equation of State (EOS) modelling, calibration.
- Converts simple black oil models to compositional. Diagnoses model convergence and run-time problems.
- Coordinates with Technical Centre in designing IOR/EOR methods (WI, Immiscible GI, Miscible GI, and Surfactant and polymer injection) to enhance recovery and pressure maintenance methods.
- Applies different methods of reserves estimation using probabilistic and deterministic methods (Mbal, DCA, and simulation models sensitivities).
- Identifies required action using simulation models to maximize recovery/meet current production quotas, designs, follows up, QC, and analyses reservoir studies e.g. RCA, SCAL, and PVT.
- Conducts special simulation studies for Field Development optimization (well pacing, infill wells, advanced wells, Pilots).
- Applies multiphase flow in the reservoir, effective permeability concept, and correlations for relative permeability. Integrates pressure and production test results for reservoir simulation and management decisions.
- Contributes to reservoir monitoring program and data gathering with effective cost program to enable collecting necessary data to help best reservoir management and reduce uncertainties.
- Liaises with contractors conducting the study, analyses, and reviews findings and actions study recommendations. Participates in periodic update and validation of database with monthly production/injection data and descriptions to display wells, reservoir, and field performance for appropriate distribution and Simulation model recalibration.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Reservoir/Petroleum/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills: 8 years of experience in reservoir engineering including oil and gas fields’ development management and Full Field simulation studies (use of software models).

SENIOR RESERVOIR ENGINEER (ONSHORE BASED)
Technical competencies: Strong experience in reservoir management and field development, integrated subsurface studies, and reservoir simulation. Experience with Enhanced Oil Recovery mechanisms is highly appreciated.
Job Requirements Main Activities: To carry out all aspects of reservoir management activities including field development performance evaluation, data acquisition, strategic surveillance, and monitoring master plans to ensure optimal development.
To carry out pattern balancing and to ensure efficient production and injection processes to maximize vertical and lateral sweep efficiency. Lead design and participate in integrated field reviews and field development plans (RMP considering current wells and planned infill wells).
To design and lead the implementation of project surveillance programs including pressure transient surveys, tracer surveys, interference testing, observation well placement, and cased hole logging programs.
To recommend reservoir areas and programs for pilot studies of various oil recovery enhancement techniques. To present fully justified proposals for field trials of techniques such as water or gas injection, acid fractures, or additional performance enhancements. To monitor results over the scheduled trial life and report findings and recommendations to team members, outlining the estimated impact of enhancements on the field or reservoir.
To conduct reservoir simulation studies to define optimal full-field reservoir development plans (primary, secondary, tertiary depletion scenarios including EOR).
To work within an interdisciplinary team to build and quality control the dynamic model. Integrate SCAL core analyses, PVT data, and geological models during the development of integrated models for full-field development plans.
To ensure the quality, traceability, and reporting of reservoir simulation studies to maintain sustainable reservoir models. Conduct analytical and phenomenological studies if necessary as alternative justifications to presented studies.
General responsibility to adhere to company HSE guidelines and practices, with a strong focus on leading environmental and community initiatives in operational areas.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications: Masters degree in Geosciences and/or Reservoir Engineering. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English (speaking, writing, reading). Minimum 10 years of experience in Reservoir Management and Reservoir Simulation. Proficiency in Windows XP, Microsoft Office, and IT tools.

Generate delivery notes, invoices, and credit notes as required.
Ensure timely submission of supplier invoices and maintain accurate records.
Acknowledge client orders and coordinate with vendors regarding LPOs and delivery schedules.
Logistics & Client Coordination:
Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure prompt material dispatch.
Communicate with clients about order statuses and delivery schedules.
Coordinate client delivery appointments and issue necessary shipping documents.
Vendor & Supplier Management:
Monitor supplier delivery schedules and coordinate material dispatch/collection.
Ensure supplier POs are authorized and submitted per guidelines.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and submit vendor/supplier documents to the Accounts department.
Maintain organized records and correspondence in the ERP system.
Compile and upload files in SAP for documentation purposes.
Reports Preparation:
Generate and maintain various reports, including Invoice Monitoring, Sales Order Reports, and Delivery Status Reports.
Additional Support Tasks:
Assist in front office duties and provide backup support during staff absences.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Support Supervisor.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in order processing and client coordination.
Languages: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
Software: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems.

Designation :- Contracts Administrator
Reporting to :- Contracts and Administration Manager
Job Purpose :- To be an active member of the contracts and general administration team and to engage with a proper execution and observation of systems and procedures, to ensure the efficient and smooth day to day Sales Department.
Key Responsibilities/Duties :-
- Administration of all types of commercial contracts.
- Contracts’ registrations, drafting, amendments, periodical contract administration reports, contract closeouts.
- T&Cs compliance/consistency and standardization of commercial conditions.
- Maintaining a database of all contracts record and regulatory documents.
- Ensure compliance of contracts with company’s policies and ensure contract conditions among various commercial contracts of company are not discrepant.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define constraints/risk points for the contracts.
- Take measures to minimize risks in terms and conditions.
- Support negotiations of claims, manage contractual changes and resolve disputes or conflict resolution with customers, vendors and partners.
- Review customer draft contracts during tender stage.
- Review orders to ensure compliance with executed contracts.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the Contracts Manager processes.
- Direct conflict resolution and facilitate contract negotiations.
- Facilitate the development and implementation of new tools to setup contracts lifecycle management.
Specialized Knowledge :-
- Strong knowledge of contracts management, administration and tendering Process
- Oil and Gas Upstream Services Experience
- Prior experience in Drilling Fluids, SCE and/or Drilling Equipment is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal English
Ability & Skills :-
- Excellent communication skills to inform, help and advice customers clearly
- Excellent listening skills to understand exactly what customers require
- Problem solving skills
- Confidence, patience, politeness and diplomacy when dealing with difficult customers
- Creative thinking to be able to come up with ideas to improve customer service standards
- Ability to work well under the pressure
- Organizational and planning skills
- Good personal presentation especially when working with customers face-to-face
- Comfortable dealing with numbers and processing financial information
- High degree attention to details
- Proficiency in English
Experience :- 3-5 years of experience in customer service and/or billing department
Academic Qualifications :- Minimum university bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Accountabilities and Performance Measures :-
- On time delivery of tenders, bids and RFQs
- Meeting regular sales targets

- Proficiency in English; ability to travel 30-60% regionally and internationally.
