Job Description:
- Cash handling: Manage cash withdrawals and deposits in UAE Dirhams & Foreign Exchange, Cheque deposit, Inter-Account Transfers, Cash withdrawal / lodging with Vault/Main Safe, and end-of-day reconciliation of cash and valuables.
- Customer service: Meet customers, understand their needs, and provide services related to Demand Drafts, Telegraphic Transfers, Standing Instructions, Travelers Cheques, IPO processing, Returned outward Clearing, and other bank products.
- Transaction processing: Process Bills/CHEQUES for collection (inward & outward), Posts Inward and Outward Clearing CHEQUES in Dirhams & Foreign Currency, and Process Returned CHEQUES per A&O manual.
- Communication: Answer the branch's telephone professionally while assisting customers with queries.
- Record-keeping: Post Debit/Credit vouchers, non-financial data sheets, and file documentation.
- Error prevention: Ensure the accuracy of Cash requested & received from Vault and related postings.
- Teamwork: Interact with colleagues and internal stakeholders; complete mandatory trainings.
- Error management: Manage 100% error-free transactions, ensure compliance, audit, risk management, and prevent income leakage during processing.
- Sales and marketing: Meet referral targets by possessing full product knowledge, providing accurate information, and capturing potential leads.
- Customer satisfaction: Achieve assigned NPS targets by embodying FAB values and customer-obsessed methodology for high customer experience and zero complaints.
- Ongoing tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by Branch Management.
- Digital banking: Achieve monthly targets to onboard customers to digital channels, encourage usage, and assist with demos and downloads.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years' relevant banking experience, familiarity with bank products, customer service, policies, and procedures.
