Minimum one of the following: NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent (Subject to approval), Any other HSE certifications, Lead auditor ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 or equivalent, Incident Investigation technique. Additional HSE Trainings/Certifications will be advantageous.
Experience Details:
Have a strong understanding of HSE issues, practices, and behavioural aspects in the Oil & Gas business. Able to lead a team of HSE professionals such as HSE Engineers, Sr. HSE officers, HSE officers, etc. Sound understanding of HSE Management System and HSE legislative requirements. Broad knowledge and experience in audit processes. Competency in SSOW (PTW/WMS/Risk Assessment, etc.). Ability to develop HSE plans and Emergency response procedures/plans. Ability to analyse incidents and apply root cause analysis techniques. Awareness of H2S hazards and control measures. Effective interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.
