Position Overview
The Safety Manager shall be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.

- Provide safety training, inductions, and awareness programs for staff, subcontractors, and site personnel.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional safety certification (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHAD, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor) preferred.
- 7–10 years of relevant HSE experience in the infrastructure, construction, or contracting industry.
- Strong knowledge of occupational safety regulations, codes, and best practices.
- Proven track record in developing and managing safety management systems (SMS).
