Position Overview

The Safety Manager shall be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures. As a key member of the management team, the Safety Manager ensures compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and client requirements while fostering a culture of safety across all project sites. This role reports directly to the General Manager and serves as a strategic advisor on safety-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional safety certification (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHAD, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor) preferred.
  • 7–10 years of relevant HSE experience in the infrastructure, construction, or contracting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of occupational safety regulations, codes, and best practices.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing safety management systems (SMS).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive a strong safety culture across the organization
