My client is seeking a dynamic business development leader to join a fast-growing consulting practice. This is a consulting-led sales role with a strong technology and digital transformation focus , driving growth across high-profile government entities, family business groups, and large corporates in the region.

We are seeking an experienced SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) specialist with a strong background in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
- Lead the implementation and support of SAP PM/EAM modules.
- Configure SAP PM module based on client business requirements, including technical objects (equipment, functional locations), maintenance planning, preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes, breakdown and notification handling, work order management, maintenance task lists and maintenance plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP PM solutions.
- Support data migration efforts for EAM master and transactional data.
- Integrate SAP PM with other SAP modules (MM, PS, FI/CO, and QM).
- Provide support during testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and post-go-live.
- Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
- Deliver end-user training and support documentation.
- Ensure best practices in SAP PM are adhered to, with an eye on system optimization and user experience.
- Support audit and compliance processes related to asset management.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of maintenance strategies, asset lifecycle management, and hands-on experience with SAP PM configuration, implementation, and support. Key Responsibilities include:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5-10 years of hands-on SAP PM/EAM experience in full-cycle implementations and support roles.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP PM master data, business processes, and reporting.
- Understanding of integration points with MM, FI/CO, and other SAP modules.
- Experience in S/4HANA environment is a strong advantage.
- Experience in asset-intensive industries (Oil & Gas, Utilities, etc.) preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a multicultural, cross-functional team.
SAP Certification in PM/EAM and familiarity with ISO 55000 standards for Asset Management are highly desirable skills.
