- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Microsoft certification preferred.
- 6-8 years of systems management experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of PC applications, network administration, and telecommunications; experience with Cisco phone systems is a plus.
- Experience with systems or application development, business analysis, and project management.
- Extensive support experience with Microsoft technologies.
- Practical experience in private equity or finance sectors.
- Leadership in systems implementation and development projects.
- Experience implementing and maintaining disaster recovery solutions.
