You will play a pivotal role as a Third-Party Partner Manager in maintaining relationships with key third-party suppliers, expanding our presence in local markets, and leading a team of account managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the competitiveness of Middle East and Africa suppliers of hotel inventory.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess supplier success and identify areas for improvement.
- Hold regular meetings and calls with suppliers to discuss progress and goals.
- Work with suppliers to improve commercial and payment conditions.
- Participate in internal projects to ensure supplier results meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Technology department to enhance the representation of suppliers.
- Support the Customer Support team and suppliers in resolving issues related to incidents (overbookings/kick-outs).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry, managing communication and agreements with third-party hotel suppliers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multicultural, remote teams.
- Ability to take initiative and follow through on responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Solid understanding of how API integrations impact operational performance.
- Hands-on experience working with API-connected suppliers and platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience with data visualization platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Arabic; other languages are an asset.
- Occasional travel required for supplier visits.
