Required Qualifications:

- Extensive knowledge of BIM tools and software such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Dynamo, and AutoCAD .
- Strong understanding of BIM processes and workflows across all project phases (design, construction, and operation).
- Experience in creating and enforcing BIM standards and protocols.
- Familiarity with BIM applications for project coordination, clash detection, and model integration.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager - Digital Delivery to join our innovative team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will lead our Building Information Modelling (BIM) initiatives and drive digital transformation across our construction projects.
- Develop and implement BIM strategies aligned with organisational goals and project requirements
- Oversee the creation and management of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes
- Establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and best practices
- Lead and mentor a team of BIM professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Analyse and optimise BIM workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks on BIM deliverables
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in digital construction
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BIM-related issues
- Prepare and deliver BIM training programmes for staff and project teams
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
