Job Title: Strategic EPM Consultant

We seek an experienced consultant to provide expert guidance on Oracle solutions, leveraging cloud technologies to drive business growth and success. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of translating complex ideas into actionable designs, aligned with industry standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing Oracle solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal results.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

• 10 years of experience delivering Oracle solutions and/or transformation programs, preferably using cloud technologies.
• Expertise in EBS and Fusion SAAS applications, particularly the EPM track.
• Strong technical skills, including building integrations and troubleshooting existing solutions.
• The ability to break down complex problems, identify key issues, and provide informed recommendations.
• Proficiency in designing and developing Oracle cloud solutions, ensuring they meet customer needs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A degree or equivalent work experience, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field.

While not essential, experience with CX is desirable.

You should also be able to review Oracle fusion quarterly functional updates, understand their relevance to customer needs, test/validate cross-functional capabilities, and deploy them upon business confirmation.

2. At least 4-5 years of working experience in EPM integrations using Oracle Data Management Services, Oracle PaaS, and/or Informatica Cloud Services via REST API and SOAP messaging.
3. At least 2-3 years of working experience with Oracle databases is preferred.
4. At least 2-3 years of experience with Oracle ERP-GL data structures is preferred.
5. Good communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) and the ability to articulate problems and recommend solutions to make design decisions with conviction.
