About The Role

As a Food and Beverage Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various areas of the F&B department, including restaurant service, bar operations, banquet setups, and kitchen coordination. This internship is designed to provide you with practical skills, professional knowledge, and a real-world understanding of day-to-day F&B operations in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of restaurants, bars, and/or banquet functions
• Greet and serve guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Ensure cleanliness and setup of dining areas before, during, and after service
• Support kitchen and service staff during peak hours
• Help with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Participate in team briefings and training sessions
• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Learn POS (Point-of-Sale) system operations
• Assist in coordinating special events or themed nights
• Provide suggestions and feedback to improve the guest experience
