You should be comfortable delivering C-Level presentations across diverse regions and cultures. Fluency in spoken and written Arabic is a significant advantage.

Candidates should have at least 10 years of proven success in at least two of the following areas: journalism, creative direction, marketing and/or brand strategy, film & audio, or custom content. Knowledge of agency and client landscapes in the region is a plus. The role involves high-level client engagement and international travel, sometimes on short notice.

Our client, a dynamic creative digital agency, is searching for a Creative Director to join their team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will come from a Blue Chip/Fortune 500 background and have experience with Brand and Content Creation as well as digital experience.

They will have 8+ years of experience, ideally in an enterprise organization with annual revenue of over 5 billion.

The candidate should have a vast network of contacts in video, photography, copy content creation, and production areas.

The role requires the ability to drive content strategy aligned with the client's brand, manage teams, and work within a complex stakeholder environment.
