The Role

A reputable and well-established pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting multiple medical representatives for their Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue, sales, profit, and qualitative objectives and targets.
  • Identify potential customers and establish strong relationships to expand the customer base.
  • Communicate all relevant information to existing and potential customers to guarantee their awareness of the company's product portfolio and its benefits.
  • Conduct group meetings for the targeted specialties, present company products and their advantages, organize and distribute all needed promotional materials.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes related to assigned products and services.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science or a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a medical representative within the pharmaceuticals industry in the UAE.
  • Experience in private sectors within the UAE.
  • Must have cardiovascular experience. Respiratory, gastro, or pain experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Must have a valid UAE driver's license.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
