The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting Julphar’s products and services to healthcare providers, KOLs & other key stakeholders in an assigned territory or market.
The Medical Representative works as a trusted advisor for Julphar’s customers, facilitating their buying decisions by providing therapeutic solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
As the on-ground ambassador of the organization, the Medical Representative should always showcase Julphar’s core values and business ethics, maintaining the company’s image & reputation.
The role also involves identifying and evaluating new customers, maintaining loyal customers, and ensuring proper implementation of Julphar’s CRM strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Meet or exceed sales targets within agreed budgets and timelines.
- Develop and manage the assigned sales territory, including customers, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
- Implement the company’s sales and marketing plan in the assigned territory.
- Execute territory coverage plans, including the number of sales calls and visit frequency.
- Conduct customer-centric activities in coordination with the Line Manager.
- Maintain records, including daily reports, customer profiles, and marketing feedback reports.
- Plan work schedules and weekly/monthly timetables.
- Submit daily & monthly reports and CRM updates as per the country reporting system.
- Participate in all company meetings and present the territory snapshot.
- Drive increased revenue and profit to support the company’s growth.
- Ensure continuous learning, knowledge updating, skill development, and effective communication with healthcare professionals.
- Organize audio-visual activities for healthcare providers as per business needs in coordination with Line and Marketing Managers.
- Keep updated with the latest clinical data supplied by Medical & Marketing Departments.
- Monitor competitors’ sales and marketing activities and report market intelligence.
- Stay informed about key health service activities in the area.
- Use promotional tools, FMS (Free Medical Samples), and services effectively to achieve targets.
- Continuously prospect for new business opportunities.
