We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our team and take charge of ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems across multiple sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network systems, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls).

Soft Skills:

Our client is seeking a skilled Workspace IT Support Executive to provide end-to-end technical support across the organization. This role involves managing IT tickets, ensuring seamless system operations, and supporting both hardware and software environments in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily IT support tickets and provide assistance via email, phone, or remote access
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners

Qualifications & Background:

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, and network systems
  • Experience in network support, ERP management, and Genesys Omnichannel
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices
