Qualifications:
Education and Experience:

- 3+ years of IT support experience, ideally in manufacturing & ecommerce.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
- Experience with network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Familiarity with manufacturing software (e.g., ERP, MES) and cybersecurity practices.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Additional Requirements:
