Programme Details
Our AMEL programme is fully sponsored and has an approximate duration of five years, consisting of two phases:
Phase 1
Initial Training - 3 years
You will go through intensive theoretical and practical training. Upon successful completion, you will receive a GCAA certificate from the Emirates Engineering Training College and a Higher Diploma from Emirates Aviation University, attested by KHDA.

Aircraft Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and airworthiness of commercial aircraft.

Key responsibilities include performing scheduled maintenance tasks, inspections, repairs, and component replacement on Air Arabia and third-party aircrafts within the scope of Category A1 authorization. The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year experience performing maintenance on large commercial aircraft, preferably Airbus types. They must hold a B1 Basic License or Category A License issued by the GCAA, the Civil Aviation Authority of UAE. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to a good standard for technical communications is also essential.
