Role Purpose:The job holder will be primarily responsible for coordinating & assisting Tradesman/workers for carrying out periodic site/maintenance work progress in all day-to-day activities, ensuring all technical works in accordance with specification and the project management manual. - Safety & Compliance: Plan and schedule work assignments, ensuring that a safe system of work is in place for all civil maintenance activities. Lead by example, setting high standards for safe working practices and adherence to safety regulations in civil tasks. Provide technical support and engage in troubleshooting efforts for complex civil maintenance issues.
- Customer Satisfaction: Liaise with clients or their representatives as necessary to ensure that civil works meet expectations and specifications. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Provide feedback to management on service delivery, addressing any concerns related to civil works.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all civil maintenance works adhere to the required standards of quality, conducting regular checks and inspections. Address any deficiencies in civil works and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Civil Engineering Diploma/ITI with 8 years’ Experience in the FM field.
- IOSH Supervising Safely or Equivalent
- At least 4 years’ experience in a Supervisory role.
- Good Knowledge of all elements of FM services both Hard and Soft.
- Fluency in English and additional Languages is a plus.

+ Stay updated on changes to quality standards and construction practices.
+ Ensure that the project meets all regulatory and permitting requirements related to quality.
**10. Continuous Improvement**
+ Identify opportunities to improve QA/QC processes and recommend best practices.
+ Conduct lessons-learned sessions at the end of the project to document quality-related challenges and solutions.
+ Implement innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of quality management.
**11. Safety and Environmental Compliance**
+ Ensure that quality processes align with safety and environmental standards.
+ Monitor site activities to identify potential quality-related risks that could impact safety or the environment.
+ Promote safe practices during quality inspections and testing.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ **Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering** , Construction Management, or a related field.
+ **Minimum of 10+ years of extensive experience in QA/QC roles preferably in large-scale of infrastructure projects including roads ands bridges.**
+ **Minimum 2 years working experience in construction supervision on large-scale infrastructure projects within Abu Dhabi.**
+ Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
+ Familiarity with international and local codes **(e.g., ISO 9001, ASTM, BS, ACI, or local standards)** .
+ Ability to identify defects, non-conformances, and areas for improvement.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with contractors, consultants, and clients.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address quality-related issues effectively.
+ Familiarity with QA/QC documentation tools and project management software.
