We're looking for a Social Creative Director to elevate our social content. Working with an in-house team of conceptualizers, designers, content creators, copywriters, and production teams, the Social Creative Director will be responsible for developing industry-leading social-first creative across all social platforms. This role is a player-coach position, where the ideal candidate can take ideas from concept to final delivery, maintaining high conceptual standards while paying attention to details.
Responsibilities for Creative Director
- Take responsibility and ownership for the creative social philosophy and the standard of output across the agency from a social and digital perspective.
- Own and drive the creative direction for all social content, ensuring platform-agnostic content format innovations. Manage projects through major stages of conception, creation, and execution.
- Utilize extensive social landscape knowledge combined with client/brand awareness to develop creative social ideation and conceptual creativity, focusing on more than just individual social posts.
- Mentor and encourage creative team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment with social adoption at the core of all ideas.
- Contribute hands-on by creating high-quality social-first content, staying updated with industry trends and best practices across all platforms, both technical and creative.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Provide opportunities for professional development and growth for team members.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies to drive social media content innovation.
- Enhance content quality by working with content creators, videographers, and animators to improve technical standards, post-production techniques, and software skills like After Effects and Adobe Premiere.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Creative Director or in a similar leadership role, focusing on social media content and campaigns.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, content, and strategies.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Overview
The Jewelry Creative Director is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving the artistic vision and creative identity of Mouawad’s High Jewelry and Fine Jewelry collections. This role will lead the creation and design of unique collections that reflect the DNA of the Maison while appealing to its exclusive high-end clientele.
The Creative Director will oversee the design team, ensuring alignment with Mouawad’s heritage and craftsmanship standards, while working in close collaboration with the production team to bring exceptional creations to life that represent luxury and sophistication to our 3 universes, LOVE, WONDER AND ROYAL.
Key Responsibilities- Provide creative direction and leadership to the design team across the board, inspiring innovation and excellence in craftsmanship.
- Set the creative vision and guide the team in translating concepts into breathtaking jewelry collections reflecting the house standards.
- Lead the conceptualization and development of new jewelry collections, ensuring alignment with brand identity, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Generate original ideas and designs that push the boundaries of creativity and luxury.
- Oversee the entire design process from initial sketches to final production, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship are maintained at every stage.
- Collaborate closely with the production and manufacturing teams in Bangkok to revamp and bring designs to life with precision and attention to detail.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies in jewelry design.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and ethos of the House of Mouawad in all design endeavors. Maintain the integrity of the brand identity while continuously evolving and adapting to changing market landscapes.
- Foster a nurturing culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning within the design team. Mentor and develop designers, nurturing their talents and growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including merchandising, marketing and retail to ensure cohesive brand messaging and a unified brand experience across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with external partners such as gemologists, artisans, and suppliers to source materials and bring designs to fruition.
- Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in jewelry design, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a design leadership role within the luxury jewelry industry.
- Exceptional creative vision and design sensibility, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes, materials, and gemstones.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Demonstrated ability to translate conceptual ideas into commercially successful jewelry collections.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, and Matrix.
