Job Title: Drilling Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Drilling Operations Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing drilling and well testing operations on a MODU (Mobile Offshore Drilling Unit).

• Supervise and coordinate drilling and well testing operations, ensuring compliance with corporate, industry-recognized, and regulatory standards.
• Act as a representative of the company during night shifts on the MODU, maintaining open communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement HSE management systems to ensure safe and environmentally friendly operations.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or supervision aspects relevant to well operations on a MODU.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in drilling operations on a MODU, including coiled tubing experiences.
• High H2S experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
• OPITO-approved BOSIET and H2S certifications.
• IWCF Well Control Program or IQDC WellCap Drilling.
• Emergency Response System skills.
