Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of (Insert Number, e.g., 3-5) years of proven experience operating heavy construction equipment.
• Demonstrable expertise in operating JCB Backhoe Loaders, Bobcat Skid-Steer Loaders, Excavators, and Wheel Loaders.
• Valid and appropriate UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License and/or Heavy Equipment Operator Certification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of heavy equipment mechanics and troubleshooting is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of safety standards and practices in construction and industrial environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, often under varying site conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
