POSITION SUMMARY

Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

Coordinate with other departments using telecommunications devices to respond to requests, resolve maintenance issues, and manage rooms needing maintenance out of order. Schedule with other departments during major system shutdowns, repairs, or improvements. Maintain purchase orders log and file purchase orders upon payment, ensuring orders match packing slips.

Follow all company policies, safety, and security procedures; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; and properly store flammable materials. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
