Your Role
The Manager Human Resources will be responsible for the day-to-day HR operations including recruitment employee relations performance management training & development and compliance. 6. HR Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws internal policies and regulations.

7. HR Reporting & Analytics
- Generate HR reports on key metrics such as turnover hiring performance and employee satisfaction.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 68 years of experience in human resources with hands-on experience in recruitment employee relations and HR operations.
