• Create standardization packages specific to project budgets. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of design elements & on time issuance to the site team.

• Select and source FF&E & OS&E, props & accessories. Making completed projects ready for photoshoot & videography in co-ordination with the site team.

We are seeking a creative, talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our dynamic growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating beautiful and functional spaces, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage projects through all design stages from concept to completion including site audits to establish compliance with the IFC package. This role involves working closely with clients, design consultants, developers and main contractors to deliver outstanding design & Fitout solutions that align with our company’s high standards. Solid understanding to transform concepts into technical design packages is a must including effective relationship building with various stakeholders.

• Develop and present interior design concepts, digital mood boards, sample boards, sketches, Presentations, 3D renderings & technical drawings on CAD. Knowledge of Revit & BIM would be a plus.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Expert in package delivery across various design stages; viz. Concept design, Detailed Design, IFC package issuance complete with detailed specifications, technical data sheets & samples.
• Maintain work delegation log across the CAD team concurrently managing them effectively to ensure productive output of quality detailed drawing packages.
• Create standardization packages specific to project budgets. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of design elements & on time issuance to the site team.
• Coordinate with the estimators, site team, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution support.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity and quality standards are maintained.
• Select and source FF&E & OS&E, props & accessories. Making completed projects ready for photoshoot & videography in co-ordination with the site team.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.
• Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Develop & maintain – material library ensuring sufficient supplies are always available for sample board submissions.
• Periodically attend networking events beyond office hours as necessary to generate business against commissions payable as per company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably within a design and build environment of which 7 years plus shall be in the UAE.
• Proficiency in design software such as MS Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D studio Max, V-ray, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, local authority requirements, materials, and construction processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a cordial relationship with colleagues & stakeholders.
