In addition, Technical Manager is responsible for managing and monitoring the quality of construction work, ensuring that it meets industry standards and regulations. • Maintain, drive, supervise and implement robust technical standards, systems and processes • Manage drawings, BOQ, subcontractor agreements and identify the scope of work effectively. • Review the material requests, deployments, subcontractor certificates. • To help establish a legislative, regulatory and standards framework that allows the industry to be competitive. • Influence technology strategies and decisions with a high-level of expertise and knowledge. • Coordinate the regular testing of products to address faults, and provide evaluations in order to improve them. • Act as a key contact with stakeholders who has technical issues. • Reporting for continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture • Minimum 12-15 years overall experience. • Proficiency in Revit & BIM Software is preferred • Previous experience of working in a recognised Main Contractor. • Full life cycle delivery of major Civil Construction projects & developments is essential • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
