About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished and highly strategic Senior M&A Counsel to join our Global Corporate Legal team. This senior-level role is key to advancing the companys inorganic growth strategy through mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic investments worldwide.

  • Good drafting and project management skills.
  • Ability to drive complex transaction structuring.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks, while meeting deadlines and ability to work under pressure.
  • Role is based at VEON’s Headquarters in Dubai.
  • Education and experience
  • Professionally qualified lawyer.
  • Have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience with proven technical competence.
  • Fluent in English. Other languages beneficial but not mandatory.
