Job Description

An internationally recognized healthcare provider in Dubai is currently seeking compassionate and skilled Oncology Nurses to join its expanding cancer care team. This is a rewarding opportunity for Western-trained nurses who are passionate about providing specialized care to patients throughout their cancer journey from diagnosis through treatment and survivorship.

You ll be part of a multidisciplinary team in a state-of-the-art environment where international clinical standards and patient-centered care come first.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality evidence-based nursing care to oncology patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Administer chemotherapy immunotherapy and supportive treatments safely and accurately.
Monitor for treatment side effects and complications and intervene promptly in collaboration with the medical team.
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans symptom management and post-treatment care.
Provide emotional and psychological support to patients facing complex and challenging diagnoses.
Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation using electronic medical records.
Uphold infection control protocols and safety standards aligned with global best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Current and valid nursing license in country of origin or practice.
Minimum 2 years of recent experience in oncology or hematology nursing.
BLS certification required; ONS chemotherapy certification or equivalent preferred.
Candidates trained and licensed in the UK Ireland USA Canada Australia New Zealand or South Africa are strongly preferred.
Experience with chemotherapy protocols central lines and symptom management is highly desirable.
Empathetic communication skills attention to detail and strong clinical decision-making abilities.
Willing to work in Dubai.

Medacs Healthcare is currently recruiting for Oncology nurses for a very well established hospital in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The facilities at this hospital combine state-of-the-art amenities and world-class service standards.
The hospital is a 364 (expandable to 490) bed facility, with five clinical floors, three diagnostic and treatment levels, and 13 floors of critical and acute inpatient units.
The Hospital Offers Benefits Including
