We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Clinical Dietitian to join our team.

About the Role

The Pediatric Clinical Dietitian will be responsible for conducting comprehensive nutritional assessments, developing personalized nutrition care plans, and providing education and counseling to patients and their families.

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify individual dietary needs and develop tailored nutrition care plans.
  • Interview patients and document relevant information on the appropriate nutrition documentation forms.
  • Educate patients and their families on nutritional issues, either individually or in groups.

  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and meetings to contribute expertise on nutrition-related issues and provide recommendations for patient care.
  • Develop and implement nutrition-related programs and initiatives within the hospital to promote wellness and disease prevention.

Requirements
  • Valid DHA license in the related field.
  • Minimum five years of experience post-qualification in a related field.

  • Previous facilitator and health promotion experience preferred.
