The successful candidate will have proven experiences in Strategy and management consulting in real estate advisory services on large-scale international projects ideally in UAE, KSA and the wider Middle East region. The role will require financial modelling and management consulting experience in real estate and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
Project Delivery
- Assist on delivering client assignments; key tasks include stakeholder management, Prepare client presentations, work products and deliverables.
- Undertake real estate market study across asset classes such as Residential, Office, Retail, Industrial, Hospitality etc.
- Interpret socio economic indicators and use them to form the current and future demand models by asset classes
- Undertake demand supply assessments and develop future outlook based on KPIs such as rental rates, sales prices, occupancy and absorption.
- Undertake real estate benchmarking by asset classes based on market research and analysis.
- Create development programs including proposed development areas (GFAs), Project components and phasing
- Suggest real estate mix, component specifications and phasing plans for proposed real estate segments
- Able to create Development briefs to drive spatial optioneering and real estate strategies in Masterplans
- Provide real estate input into feasibility studies, business plans and capital investment plans to support strategic decision-making.
- Integrate sustainable and net zero strategies in projects in addition to addressing any environmental impact assessments and mitigation measures.
- Produce clear, succinct write-ups on the KSA and GCC Markets to be included within corporate research reports and consultancy assignments.
- Work within both traditional and agile project environments with high degree of ambiguity and a track record of high-quality delivery.
- Leverage data and technology to provide innovative solutions to client's challenges.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations, economic indicators, and market dynamics to provide timely and relevant insights to clients.

- Assist service line leadership in identifying business development opportunities with current and potential clients.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals to win work and expand the service line.
- Identify opportunities for new and integrated services, bringing the best from our global business and technical domains to our clients in the middle east and beyond.
Practice Building & Development
- Contribute to positioning our Consulting and Strategic Advisory services across the Middle East through thought leadership development and social media presence.
- Provide guidance, coaching and training to junior staff.

Qualification:
- MBA is required.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree, preferably in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, Economics or Business is required.
- Relevant experience: 5+ years
- A combination of experience in strategy and management consulting for built environment, programme and portfolio management, market research, and real estate
- Strong industry/competency background and hands on experience in real estate and infrastructure advisory
- In-depth knowledge of local and regional real estate markets, regulations, and industry best practices
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and reporting writing skills in MS Word.
- Excellent understanding of MS Excel, financial modelling, and analytical skills, with proficiency in real estate valuation techniques.
- Exposure to Power BI and project reporting tools is preferrable.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data to deliver insightful practical solutions.

**POSITION SUMMARY**
Responsible for all on-site details for executing group events, develop and follow checklist/itinerary, and troubleshoot event problems. Serve as liaison and contact person for coordinating details of events with clients, outside vendors, meeting planners, and others involved in events. Design, confirm, and communicate room layouts and set-up requirements for special events. Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, and reservations. Transmit information or documents using computer, mail, or facsimile machine. Operate standard office equipment other than computers. Prepare weekly departmental payroll paperwork.
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees; and serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents and injuries, and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, protect company assets, and visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding our client's product or services and will interface with their customers via phone, email, chat or social media depending upon the client requirements.
**Essential Functions/Core** **Responsibilities**
- Receive in-bound calls from customers, prospects and non-customers while maintaining established standards for number of calls, pick-up time, duration of call and quality of call.
- Provide high quality customer service by answering customer enquiries efficiently and politely with correct and complete information and redirect them where appropriate
- Identify and maximize selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Identify customer problems and offer appropriate solutions.

Job Description
The Operations Manager I is responsible for coaching and supervising a group of Team Leaders. This position is also responsible for ensuring Client Service Level Agreement and financial expectations are achieved.
**Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities**
- Analyze and maintain all Client Service Level Agreements; implement improvement plans as needed
- Maximize revenue generation to reach long and short term financial projects (i.e. data collection for billable/non-billable hours, forecasting, budgeting, etc.)
- Selecting, training, developing, and managing performance of direct reports and their associates; including planning and assigning work for staff in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable legal requirements
- Manage and review operational reports (Attendance adherence, PFP, Client scorecard, Metrics management reports)
- Create and maximize relationships with client partners
- Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports to ensure consistent administration of company policies and standards; define and implement any corrective actions needed to meet operational performance
- Conduct regular one-on-ones with direct reports to review individual performance, the performance of their team and offer on-going developmental coaching
- Create a positive work environment through employee engagement; resolve employee relation issues in a professional and timely manner
- Participate in cross functional meetings to review information received from operational support functions - Training, HR, Quality, WFM, TA.- and partner to define action plans that resolve issues and drive continuous improvement
- Implement best practices and over-deliver for clients, drive consistent performance, evaluate staffing needs, with input from BD and Client and make adjustments to meet changing requirements

**Candidate Profile**
- Bachelor Degree in related field with more than 3 years of experience.
- Call center experience within real estate sector preferred
- Bilingual English (B2 + level ) and Arabic speaker .
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve work processes; establish a course of action for self and others to accomplish a specific goal
- Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion while maintaining professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
