Title: Depot Repair Technician
Position Summary
As a Depot Repair Technician, you will work in a factory environment with other technicians to enable high-quality, cost efficient repair and refurbishment of depot serviced point of sale equipment, PCs and peripheral devices. The desired candidate will be primarily responsible for ensuring their team produces a high quality output while meeting production demand each day. They will act as the primary point of contact for all repair technician escalations and work to remove roadblocks during the repair process. They will foster a team first environment and help champion employee growth and development. They will seek out and execute continuous improvement related activities.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Follow standard work instructions and standard operating procedures accurately

Job Description: Responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of devices, including mobile phones (smartphones), laptops (MacBooks and Windows), iPads, and smartwatches. Responsibilities:
- Mobile Device Repair (Smartphones):
