- Course Maintenance: Assist with mowing, fertilizing, aeration, topdressing, and other daily turf-care tasks.
- Agronomy Supervision: Monitor turf health; implement best-practice agronomic programs for warm-season grass varieties.
- Tournament Preparation: Prepare and fine-tune fairways, tees, greens, and surrounds to championship standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a diverse grounds-maintenance crew; foster a culture of safety and excellence.
- Equipment Support: Perform routine equipment servicing and minor repairs; ensure all machinery is safe and fully operational.
- Irrigation Management: Operate and troubleshoot irrigation systems; monitor water usage and execute basic system repairs.
