Having a minimum of 8+ years of previous experience working on Offshore projects would be an added advantage. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is a MUST.

Qualifications Required:

• Professional Experience: 15+ years
• An experienced HSE Superintendent in onshore Greenfield / Brownfield project with a very good knowledge of Company General Specifications, rules, procedures, and international codes and standards.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety engineering or equivalent
• 15+ years of experience in the Oil industry and with significant experience in the Construction
• Previous experience under SIMOPS works is mandatory
• NEBOSH, IOSH Certificates
• Fluent in English, Arabic and French is a plus

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities:**
+ Oversee offshore construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules
+ Enforce quality standards and ensure work meets company and industry standards
+ Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel
+ Lead and manage the offshore construction team, including subcontractors and direct labor force
+ Coordinate the allocation of resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel
+ Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing offshore-related concerns and ensuring satisfaction
+ Provide regular updates to project managers and senior management on offshore project progress, challenges, and solutions
+ Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with offshore safety and quality standards
+ Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction execution
+ Monitor and control project costs to ensure budget adherence
+ Train and mentor junior staff and new hires to ensure high performance
+ Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure seamless offshore project execution

+ Facilitate effective communication

+ Direct and control all phases of offshore construction using the construction schedules and estimates for guidance

+ Hold responsibility for the safety, cost, timing, and quality of work performed
+ Own and lead the implementation, enforcement, and verification of compliance with all McDermott policies and procedures
+ Ensure employees understand their responsibility and authority to effectively implement the requirements of all McDermott policies and procedures
+ Ensure the timely completion of all mandatory training by themselves and their teams
**Essential Qualifications and Education:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
+ Minimum of 10 years in offshore construction, with at least 7 years in a supervisory role
+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
+ Knowledge of EPCI processes
+ Relevant certifications in offshore construction and safety management
+ Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies
+ Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
