We are looking for Accounting and Taxation Advisor / Consultant to join our client handling team at Choose UAE.
This pivotal role serves as the primary contact for both our internal team's queries and our clients, offering expert advice and support in a range of financial disciplines.
Tax Expertise as Advisory: Advise on VAT registration and compliance by interpreting local UAE rules and regulations, focusing on strategic consultation to optimize tax positions rather than direct filing.
The Tax Manager will be responsible for managing the tax compliance, planning, and reporting. This role requires an in-depth understanding of UAE tax laws and regulations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in Arabic and English.
Key pre-requisites:
- Have an active advisory role in the company having to deal with the initial client requirements and handling the sales cycle.
- More than 2 years of experience in an accounting firm handling clients for book-keeping, VAT, and Corporate Tax
- Background in Finance and client handling
- Should be immediately available to start (without notice period)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of tax compliance, including VAT, corporate tax, and other applicable taxes.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and payments in accordance with FTA regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations in the UAE and other relevant jurisdictions.
- Conduct regular tax audits and prepare necessary documentation for FTA audits.
