About You
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both written and spoken English, with proficiency in additional languages considered a distinctive advantage. They should be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification and have a minimum of three years' relevant industry experience, particularly in a spa environment. A solid understanding and practical experience in skincare, skin treatments, and body treatments are essential. Previous experience as a beauty therapist is required, along with a keen interest in both aesthetic and beauty treatments.
The candidate should maintain a professional and polished appearance and have the ability to develop innovative retail merchandising strategies, along with selecting appropriate products. Flexibility in scheduling is important, as the role requires availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Teach learners the most developmentally appropriate functional skills as determined by each individual assessment and treatment plan
