• Deliver a range of spa services including massages, body treatments, facials and waxing in a safe and comfortable manner.
• Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products to ensure high standards of hygiene and quality.
• Keep accurate records and maintain client files to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
• Ensure the treatment room is clean and well-stocked at all times.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests.
• Upsell and promote retail products or additional services to enhance the client experience.
• Adhere to strict health and safety regulations and best practices to prevent any harm or injury.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to remain competitive and innovative.

• Proven experience as a spa therapist with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results.
• Hands-on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies.
• Sales experience is considered an asset but not essential.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language and strong communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Degree or current license in aesthetics or physiotherapy is required.

Ensure that the Recovery Lab is well maintained, clean and presentable and able to operate the business aspects of a spa environment such as reception and stock control. About You

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both written and spoken English, with proficiency in additional languages considered a distinctive advantage. They should be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification and have a minimum of three years' relevant industry experience, particularly in a spa environment. A solid understanding and practical experience in skincare, skin treatments, and body treatments are essential. Previous experience as a beauty therapist is required, along with a keen interest in both aesthetic and beauty treatments.

The candidate should maintain a professional and polished appearance and have the ability to develop innovative retail merchandising strategies, along with selecting appropriate products. Flexibility in scheduling is important, as the role requires availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Title: Spa Therapist (Home Service) (Female Only)

As a Spa & Beauty Therapist, you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

1. Providing professional treatments and services for clients, including but not limited to body and facial treatments, massages.
2. Consistently striving to maintain the highest level of client satisfaction by providing quality service.
3. Ensuring the health and safety of clients and employees are paramount at all times.
4. Performing any other duties that management may reasonably require.
5. Ready to provide service for both male and female clients.
6. Performing services at clients' homes.
7. Willingness to work a total of 12 hours, from 1 PM till 1 AM (Flexible work schedule).
8. Very good English language proficiency.

Based on experience, we are keen to hire someone aspiring to be a dedicated therapist along with performing the regular duties of a therapist.
