You will be working on truly exciting projects from their office in Dubai, contributing to various stages of the projects of large variety of typology and scale. - 5-8 years of experience in architecture, preferably on large-scale projects
- Outstanding knowledge of 3D Modelling in Rhinoceros
- Experience with Revit and/or Grasshopper is a big plus
- Familiar with all phases of design and construction
- Experience coordinating projects
- Fluent English; European and Middle-Eastern languages are a plus
- Passion for innovative architecture

The position is to assist the Architecture and Gross Leasable Area management team within Property Management Center of Excellence department. This team is responsible of maintaining the Architectural and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumping records of Majid Al Futtaim shopping malls and Hotels portfolio.
ROLE PROFILE
- Develop leasing proposal sketch plans related to create, merge, split or re-demise of units in reference to the master leasing plans and site conditions.
- Coordinate the preparation of Short Term Rental's L and masterplans seeking proper stakeholders’ approval for new locations and swaps.
- Coordinate and perform all technical activities related to Architectural Level of Development preparation and updates, communicating with business stakeholders, and directing the CAD team.
- Generate, update and maintain assets Virtual Floor Plans (VFP) on monthly basis according to the needs of the business.
- Assist in updating and preparing the leasing plans in conjunction to the CRM notifications, “Shop Opened / Surrendered / Plan Trade / announcements” and site team requests.
- Verify and review CRM virtual unit management requests for assets/projects by validating and advising on the scenarios submitted by leasing.
- Update and maintain asset current drawings, implement changes based on understanding and knowledge of the asset, and possesses working knowledge of managing design documentation.
- Be a pioneer of technology within the team ensuring the best usage of CAD, 3-D, Revit and Graphics systems supporting the technical efficiency of the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Proficient user of AutoCAD and Adobe.
- Excellent communication skills.
