Responsibilities:
- Monitor overall operations including off sites and report to OPM on a daily basis.
- Responsible for the successful implementation and compliance of Integrated Management System at site and an active member of IMS Team.
- Prepare the monthly menu with the coordination of OPM & Chef and send it to OPM every month.
- Check & approve the Weekly indent prepared by OPM and send it for final approval, ensuring alignment with the approved monthly menu.

- Monitor and analyze pre & post production wastage details and send them to OPM daily with analysis & trend chart.

- Ensure safe work is carried out at all times by adhering to Health and Safety Standards to achieve an incident-free workplace.
- Coordinate with OPM to conduct menu development programs and identify 10 new dishes for each month for approval by OPM.
- Mentor and monitor low performers, conduct counseling sessions, and send reports to OPM.
- Conduct Managers & Supervisors meetings weekly with coordination of OPM.
- Conduct client meetings with coordination of OPM as required, preparing the Minutes of Meeting (MOM) to be circulated with an action plan to OPM.
