Responsibilities
- Design and implement drilling fluid programs to ensure optimal drilling efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze fluid properties to maintain wellbore stability and safety.
- Collaborate with drilling team to adjust drilling fluids based on downhole conditions.
- Conduct regular lab testing of drilling fluids to ensure composition meets specifications.
- Optimize material usage to reduce cost while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Provide on-site support during critical drilling phases to ensure continuity and safety.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation on fluid performance and adjustments.
- Troubleshoot issues related to fluid loss and wellbore instability promptly.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations during operations.
- Train and mentor junior drilling fluids engineers and technicians as required.
- Liaise with vendors to select and source appropriate drilling fluid additives.
- Evaluate new technologies and methods to improve drilling fluid effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Geology, or related field is required.
- Minimum of three years of experience in drilling fluids management in the oil and gas industry.
- Solid understanding of fluid dynamics, chemistry, and drilling operations is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for documentation and collaboration with team members.
- Ability to work under pressure and make real-time decisions during operations.
- Proficiency in using drilling fluids software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Senior Sales Engineer – Drilling Solutions
to drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and build strong client relationships within the oil & gas sector. This role is critical in supporting upstream operations by delivering tailored drilling solutions that align with both technical and commercial client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Define sales strategies in collaboration with the Division Manager.
- Manage client requests, proposals, negotiations, and contract execution.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of drilling equipment and materials.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure after-sales support.
- Prepare sales reports, market intelligence updates, and feedback for management.
- Represent the company in technical and commercial meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE standards in all sales and delivery activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in
mechanical or petroleum engineering
. - 3–5 years
of experience in sales within the oil & gas sector, preferably drilling solutions. - Experience in ADNOC business processes, including pre-qualification, registration, and multi-level tendering procedures.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English (Arabic preferred).

Lead and manage well engineering processes for Integrated Coiled Tubing Drilling (CTD) projects. Ensure compliance with policies, quality control of drilling and completion programs, and provide technical advice and support to project teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own CTD Well Engineering processes and documentation
- Support QA/QC activities at all CTD project stages
- Develop drilling and emergency procedures
- Liaise with operations, product lines, and subcontractors
- Oversee KPI benchmarking and continuous improvement
- Ensure HSE and QA compliance
- Provide well engineering advice during tender and project execution
- Occasionally provide well site supervision and engineering support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering or related field (master's preferred)
- 5+ years' experience in CTD Well Engineering
- Proficiency in CTD software (NOV Cerberus) and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Underbalanced & Managed Pressure Drilling is a plus
- Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills
- International and multi-disciplinary team experience preferred
- Well Control certification advantageous
