The Job
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand.
- Marketing of properties available for sale or lease.
- Organising viewings and responding to queries.
- All aspects of tenancy and lease management including identifying and negotiating new leases, renewals as well as terminations.
- Managing and administering lease compliance, documentation etc.

- Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies, to create and/or localise communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets.
- Planning and executing CRM, marketing automation and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- Using customer insights to construct effective CRM campaigns.
- Measuring, monitoring and analysing effectiveness of email marketing activities against goals (ROI & KPIs).
- Analysing content traffic metrics and effectiveness of campaigns and messaging to explore ways of improving content marketing ROI.
- Managing a team of 1-5 people.

As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying, leading, and executing activities that are aimed at reducing the costs of failure caused by non-productive time, repair costs, personnel, and premature product failures.
Responsibilities- Ensuring compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process
- Leading / participating in Incident Investigation, ensuring the end to end process is considered, (including job planning, preparation, and execution), when determining incident root cause(s) alongside appropriate corrective actions
- Focusing on preventing failures during the lifecycle management of a product or service through active monitoring and corrective action planning
- Supporting job planning and preparation by participating in Risk Assessment / deviation waiver / Management of Change (RA / DWR/ MOC) and deployment readiness assessment processes (DRA)
- Participating in the engineering design review process
- Executing the key steps outlined within the Field Incident Management Process (FIMP).
- Managing the FRACAS DMAIC stages
- Applying root cause analysis (RCA) processes
- Developing and reviewing cause maps
- Facilitating or leading incident investigations
- Facilitating or lead incident review and corrective action boards
- Identifying FRACAS trends to identify and prioritize failure modes to investigate for corrective actions
- Analyzing performance data and monitor performance
- Identifying and report performance trends
- Developing and reporting key performance indicators as needed
- Sharing lessons learned with the field population
- Collaborating across reliability engineering community to facilitate knowledge transfer
- Acting as a subject matter expert for respective area to service delivery and supply chain functions
- Support new product development in all aspects relevant to reliability engineering, through direct liaison with engineering and the deploying region
- Handling special projects as required and Other product line-specific responsibilities

- Support and provide assistance to well engineering QA/QC activities for all CTD gate stages (e.g. Readiness Review, Peer Assist, Peer Reviews, CWOP, etc.)

- Provide advice on technical issues related to drilling (CTD), in project execution.
