Job Summary:
The Finance Director will be responsible for the overall financial strategy, management, and operations of the Group of Companies, covering multiple business units across the UAE, KSA, Egypt, and Bulgaria. Reporting directly to the COO, the Finance Director will ensure the financial health, sustainability, and compliance of the group, while providing strategic direction to support growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the consolidated financial management of the Group of Companies, ensuring accurate reporting and financial control across all subsidiaries.
- Develop group-wide financial strategies aligned with long-term business objectives and growth plans.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the COO and Board to support decision-making.
- Oversee group-level budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.

- Ensure group-wide compliance with tax, VAT and statutory requirements in all jurisdictions.
- Manage group relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulators.
- Establish effective internal controls and risk management frameworks to safeguard company assets.
Treasury & Cash Flow
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity across multiple geographies.
- Oversee banking relationships and financing arrangements.
- Drive cost optimization, capital structuring, and investment strategies.
- Lead and mentor finance teams.
- Build a high-performing centralised finance function that partners effectively with business units.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across the group’s finance departments.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Business Partnership
- Collaborate with the COO, CEO and other department heads to support operational and commercial initiatives.
- Provide financial input for strategic projects including new market entry, and restructuring.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and the Board on all financial matters.
Education & Professional Qualifications
- Education: Master’s in finance, MBA, or equivalent.
- Professional certifications: CPA, ACCA, CFA, CMA or equivalent.
- 15+ years overall finance/accounting experience, with at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role (Finance Director, Head of Finance, CFO, or equivalent).
- Experience managing multi-country operations (preferably including UAE, KSA, Egypt, Europe).
- Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, treasury, and risk management.
- Experience with corporate governance, compliance, and audit.
Leadership & Management Skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead finance team.
