Job Summary:

The Finance Director will be responsible for the overall financial strategy, management, and operations of the Group of Companies, covering multiple business units across the UAE, KSA, Egypt, and Bulgaria.   • Build a high-performing centralised finance function that partners effectively with business units.

Business Partnership

  • Collaborate with the COO, CEO and other department heads to support operational and commercial initiatives.

Requirements

Education & Professional Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s in finance, MBA, or equivalent.
  • Professional certifications: CPA, ACCA, CFA, CMA or equivalent.
  • 15+ years overall finance/accounting experience, with at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role (Finance Director, Head of Finance, CFO, or equivalent).
  • Experience managing multi-country operations (preferably including UAE, KSA, Egypt, Europe).
  • Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, treasury, and risk management.
  • Experience with corporate governance, compliance, and audit.

Leadership & Management Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead finance team.
  • Strong experience in board-level reporting & stakeholder management.
  • Track record of building teams, mentoring talent, and driving performance.
  • Decision-making ability under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills.

Industry & Market Knowledge
