Job Overview

Based in JAFZA, the Logistics Coordinator supports the smooth flow of inbound and outbound logistics for a medical devices company. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to manage shipments, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (including MOH, Customs, and JAFZA), and maintain accurate documentation. Responsibilities include inventory tracking, vendor communication, permit handling, and adherence to GMP and quality standards across all logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• To ensure the implementation of the quality management system established in the Logistics department.
• To confirm the stock maintenance of the raw materials as per the manufacturing schedule.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other departments for example but not limited to the Warehouse, production, team.
• To ensure that the received raw materials/Packing materials are within the specification and approved vendor.
• Support QA and QC team once needed, mainly with the communication with the service providers related to inbound/outbound of materials.
• Collaborate with RA for any registration is needed (Admin/Logistics)
