We are seeking a motivated and innovative Biomedical Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development, testing, and improvement of cutting-edge medical devices. This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare technology, product safety, and translating clinical needs into functional solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, prototype, and develop medical devices and equipment
Conduct testing, validation, and performance evaluations of devices
Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and clinical teams to refine designs
Analyze data from clinical trials or testing and generate technical reports
Ensure compliance with industry standards, FDA regulations, and ISO requirements
Assist in documentation for regulatory submissions and quality systems
Provide technical support during device implementation or troubleshooting
Bachelor or Master degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field
1–3 years of experience in medical device design, testing, or development (internship experience may be considered)
Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for design and simulation
Understanding of biomechanics, biomaterials, and human physiology
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FDA, ISO 13485, CE marking)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bonus: Experience with programming/simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, LabVIEW)

Job Description- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company’s sales goals.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adapt sales approaches.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
- Identify new business opportunities and work to expand the company’s customer base.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and features of the equipment.
- Work closely with the finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and post-sale support.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to introduce the company’s products in new healthcare markets within the UAE.
- Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s offerings and stay updated on industry trends.
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring favourable terms for the company while meeting the needs of the customer.
Education:
Preferred Biomedical Engineers.
Experience:
Experience in Medical Equipment sales, DME, Homecare equipment, orthopaedic equipment.
Minimum of 3-7 years of sales experience in the medical equipment or healthcare industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
