Client Impact

Lead client engagements across various industries and problem statements.

Own key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders and independently assess client agendas, internal culture, and change readiness.

Team Collaboration & Culture

Qualifications

Basic qualifications

Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management.

Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple consulting engagements involving structured problem solving and stakeholder management.

Experience managing key client relationships.

Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership.

Ability to identify new business development opportunities, and experience drafting proposals and scoping new opportunities.

Logical, structured thinking, and affinity for numerical analysis.

Technical skills

Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Effective communication skills in English and the local office language (if applicable).

Eligibility to work in the country where applying, including travel visas as required.

Preferred qualifications

    Overview
    Reporting to the Principal and working closely with the Mastercard AI team, the Senior Managing Consultant, AI Strategy will spearhead AI-driven consulting engagements for clients-especially card issuers and other financial services organizations. You will lead multidisciplinary teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and business strategists to develop long term strategies to build AI solutions and implement AI solutions that transform how clients approach analytics, automation, and value generation.

    1. Develop AI-Driven Strategies for Business Impact
    - Identify high-impact opportunities for AI and analytics within client organizations, particularly in card issuing and payments.
    - Quantify the full value potential of AI solutions, detailing the value levers, critical dependencies, and feasibility pathways to maximize ROI.
    - Architect end-to-end AI solutions by combining expertise in data engineering, solution design, and domain-specific knowledge (e.g., credit card issuing).
    - Secure Alignment from executive stakeholders, translating ambitious AI visions into actionable plans with clear timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
    - Scale effective AI initiatives across multiple use cases, proactively addressing technical or organizational hurdles to ensure widespread adoption.
    2. Lead Rapid, Iterative AI Delivery
    - Partner with AI and ML engineering leaders to oversee project roadmaps, ensuring iterative versioning, pilot rollouts, and timely stakeholder updates.

    - Experience: 8+ years leading data-driven strategies and delivering measurable outcomes (preferably in financial services, payments, or card issuing).

    Role Purpose

We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager who is a Supply Chain Consulting Professional specializing in supply chain networking and software solutions who partners with clients to optimize their supply chain operations design strategic networks and implement technology solutions that drive efficiency resilience and competitive advantage.

    • Ensure execution of deliverables as per offers and allocation of tasks within the Consulting team.
    • Able to firstly develop and then defend the assumptions used in our analysis.
    • Ensure at all times that cooperation prevails between the various offices in the interest of clients.
    • Oversee the financial modelling and analysis.
    • Innovative as well as grounded ideas related to the business & development advice.
    • Realistic in terms of the quantum of development advised to clients develop.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Operations Engineering Computer Science or related field; Masters degree preferred.
    • 5 years of experience in supply chain consulting operations or related roles.
    • Demonstrated expertise in supply chain network design and optimization.
    • Proficiency with supply chain software platforms (e.g. Blue Yonder SAP IBP Kinaxis o9 Manhattan Associates etc.).
