Kitchen Staff for Cloud Kitchen. The cooking area personnel function on the front lines of the kitchen. Need fundamental expertise with POS, Talabat as well as Deliveroo. The kitchen area team is responsible for ensuring all areas of the kitchen, food prep, and food storage spaces are clean and disinfected according to health code requirements.
Responsibilities- Arrive early to arrange the kitchen and do food preparation to enhance cooking, dish presentation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits, and blending ingredients for meals and cutting vegetables.
- Coordinate with administration and head cooks to receive, stack, and correctly store food in kitchen areas, cold storage, and storage places.
- Transfer food and products to the kitchen as required.
- Ensure all areas of the kitchen, food prep, and food storage are clean and disinfected, including washing dishes and cooking devices, cleaning floors, sanitizing countertops and cutting boards, and maintaining all areas to health code requirements.
- Amenable to Change adjustments, and servicing holidays and weekends.
- May be assigned to more than one area.
