About the role:Working in partnership with our client, we are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Art/Creative Director to lead and manage our creative team, ensuring the highest standards of visual execution across all platforms. This role is responsible for driving the ideation and development of compelling, brand-aligned content for social media and beyond, while overseeing production quality and ensuring consistency across campaigns.
What you will be doing:- Creative Leadership: Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the creative team, ensuring efficiency, collaboration, and high-quality output.
- Visual Ideation: Drive the visual ideation process for all social media content and creative campaigns, providing strategic and art direction.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all creative assets and designs align with the brand's identity, tone, and campaign objectives .
- Content Development: Develop and evolve the visual identity and creative approach for new content series, formats, or platforms.

We're looking for a Creative Director to lead the end-to-end storytelling and creative development of branded video content that positions Binance as the most trusted, engaging, and culturally relevant voice in crypto and Web3. From shortform insights to longform explainers, interviews, and campaign-led storytelling, you'll shape the content we create and how we bring it to life visually. This is a hands-on creative leadership role for someone who can blend editorial sharpness with creative direction, managing multidisciplinary teams and external partners to produce bold, smart, and impactful video. You'll collaborate closely with writers, art directors, motion designers, agencies and producers—driving clarity of message and consistency of look, tone, and feel across every format.
Responsibilities
- Creative & Editorial Direction:
- Lead the creative development of branded video content—from concept and scripting to visual execution.
- Define editorial themes, narrative frameworks, and creative treatments across short, mid, and longform video formats.
- Ensure alignment between messaging, tone, and brand visual identity across all outputs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with writers, designers, and motion teams to bring ideas to life with clarity and flair.
- Collaborate with producers, product marketing, comms, and regional teams to ensure strategic and cultural relevance.
- Work with external production partners, creators, and agencies to scale execution globally.
- Innovation & Creative Growth:
- Champion new storytelling formats and platform-first thinking.
- Explore the integration of 3D motion, AI-driven content workflows, and emerging creative tools.
- Continuously refine the creative process to balance velocity, quality, and strategic impact.
- Team Leadership & Quality Control:
- Work with a lean team of writers and creatives working across formats.
- Maintain high standards of storytelling, design, and brand expression across every content tier.
- Guide the development of scripts, storyboards, treatments, and post-production outputs.
- 10+ years in creative or content leadership roles—across brand storytelling, editorial, or digital video.
- Strong writing or content strategy background, with a sharp eye for narrative structure and messaging.
- Proven experience in leading creative teams and overseeing high-quality, multi-format content.
- Confident working across both verbal and visual creative development—from first idea to final edit.
- Comfortable collaborating with production, editorial, and motion design functions.
- Experience in crypto, fintech, or other technically complex sectors is a plus.
- Familiarity with 3D/motion and AI-enhanced storytelling workflows is highly desirable.
