Your Role and Responsibilities
Implementing product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned area to meet business
Implementing marketing activities and supports Sales organization in driving sales and services for their respective products
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

Oversees the sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to the Sales team(s). - Drives sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training (both technical and sales) to each salesperson

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team and drive the success of our loyalty programme. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and retain customers within the loyalty programme. This role requires a combination of operational execution, strategic thinking, creativity, and strong analytical skills to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the key stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans for the marketing and awareness of the loyalty programme, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the loyalty programme.
- Develop unique and attractive loyalty campaigns that create a stir in the world of loyalty.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the loyalty programme, including email marketing, social media, digital advertising, and other channels.
- Develop strong external (OOH) marketing launch initiatives together with partner brands.
- Steer and project manage major marketing campaign roll-outs in multiple regions
- Develop compelling messaging and creative assets to drive engagement and participation in the loyalty programme.
- Develop briefs for designers and copywriter
- Review designs and copy prior to execution to ensure correctness and quality of message
- Develop an A/B test culture in content creation and continuously improve content for best engagement
- Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics related to customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, brands, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment and integration of loyalty programme initiatives with overall business operations.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on marketing initiatives, campaign performance, and upcoming promotions.
- Assist in the development and management of the marketing budget for the loyalty programme, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Bachelor’s diploma, certificate or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on loyalty programme management or customer relationship management.
- 2+ years in leading a creative team
- Experience in leading ATL and BTL marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
