Key Responsibilities
·Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-impact designs and animations across digital campaigns, landing pages, videos, and social media assets.
·Design engaging visuals for use on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, and X, optimized for platform-specific formats and audiences.
·Create static and motion graphics for branding, ads, infographics, educational content, reels, and more.
·Collaborate with the performance, content, and social media teams to bring marketing ideas to life through compelling visuals.

Qualifications
·5+ years of professional experience in creative design and motion graphics, preferably within the financial services, fintech, or agency environments.

·Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro); experience with Figma, Canva, or similar tools is a plus.
·Strong understanding of social media specs, content formats, and user behaviors across platforms.

The graphic designer is responsible for creating visual designs for various mediums such as print, digital, and broadcast. They will be responsible for designing visual brand identities that effectively convey the message and goals of the campaign while also understanding the brand architecture in order to resonate with the target audience.
