Job Purpose

- Handle DSO departmental budget, revenue, expense and Capital Expenditure process.
Financial Management and Control.
- Maintain and monitor business unit financial budget requirements to ensure the efficient financial cost allocation pertaining to each department in business unit.; this includes addition, transfers and reductions to the budget.
- Budget consolidation for DSO BU's and shared services (revenue & expense) and coordinate with DIEZ Finance for amendments & finalization.
- Revenue accounting in the system for leasing as per IFRS 16 and for licensing activities
- Reconciliation of GL accounts & provide necessary schedules at the end of accounting periods.
- Analyze GL accounts in coordination with DIEZ finance to ensure that the business transactions are recorded properly, and errors are amended.
- Liaise with DIEZ finance team to calculate and book the adjusting entries at the end of the accounting period to fulfil matching principle of accrual accounting.
- Carry out all closing activities to complete the closing cycle periodically and at the end of the year.
- Ensure accounting and report structure is in line with International Financial Reporting Standards. (IFRS)
- Provide vacancy/occupancy performance monthly for all property types in coordination with relevant Organizational Units and update leasing status accordingly. Reports to be presented to DSO Management.

Job Title: Group IFRS Manager
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Group IFRS Manager to lead financial reporting in a multinational FMCG environment. This senior role requires strong IFRS expertise, consolidation skills, and the ability to advise the CFO and Board on complex accounting matters.
Key Responsibilities- Lead preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS across multiple jurisdictions.
- Maintain and enforce Group accounting policies.
- Advise on complex transactions (M&A, revenue, instruments, leases, impairments).
- Manage external audits and ensure timely, high-quality reporting.
- Strengthen internal controls and drive reporting process improvements (SAP HANA).
- Act as IFRS subject-matter expert, training and supporting finance teams globally.
- Professional qualification: ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent.
- 7–10 years of professional experience, including Big 4 audit background (Manager/Senior Manager level).
- Proven expertise in IFRS and group consolidations.
- Strong exposure to multinational operations, preferably FMCG or manufacturing.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging CFOs, Boards, and auditors.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with SAP (S/4HANA) is a strong plus.
